Landscape Architect Needed

My wife and I just finished a house and we have some basic landscaping installed but now we want someone to help put our ideas to design as well as come up with some ideas. The person must be able to take direction on what we want and put it on design/PDF as well as a list of plants so we can have landscapers quote it. This job will evolve over time. We are not going to do just one thing. We have already started with some landscaping and we will be adding every year for several years. This person MUST be well versed in the world of plants in the Midwest portion of the United States. I will explain what we want and then I will need a quote for the number of hours it will take to come up with a design and ideas. The person must also be able to create an easy to read and understand list of the plants needed and where they go so I can hand it to a landscaper to quote very easily. The hourly wage will be based on what you submit to me in your initial proposal. I am looking for someone who does not give me generic intro emails. I want someone who can show they are detailed by showing me past projects with detail and visuals I can see.
