Set-up and Create multi-tab spreadsheets with sales data for small sales team Help with sending out emails to multiple lists using Outlook or Mailchimp Occasionally maintain spreadsheets adding or updating data Use data exported from Salesforce to create/update spreadsheets Create power point slides including Excel data populated in charts/graphs Occasionally create or update PowerPoint slides to revise or improve design Might have additional social media needs if initial work is successful Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Must have basic understanding of email blasts.
