Real Estate Bookkeeper Needed – Fix & Flips + Wholesaling (QuickBooks Online Expert)

Description: We're a real estate investment company actively doing fix & flips, wholesales, and rentals. We're seeking a part-time bookkeeper with real estate experience to manage current bookkeeping and assist with catching up on prior years using past statements, HUDs, and credit card records. What You’ll Be Doing: Daily/weekly entries in QuickBooks Online Upload and categorize HUDs, closing disclosures, wire transfers Reconcile bank and credit card statements Organize transactions by property/project Assist with historical catch-up bookkeeping (prior years) Prepare basic P&L reports and summaries Required Experience: Proven experience in real estate bookkeeping (fix & flips, wholesales, rentals) Strong skills in QuickBooks Online Comfortable working with HUDs and real estate documents Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator Able to work with limited supervision Preferred (but not required): Familiar with Podio, Google Drive, or other real estate tools Experience working with investors or multiple LLCs Details: Part-time: 10–20 hours/week Ongoing work for the right person Start ASAP To apply: Send a short intro about your experience with real estate bookkeeping and attach any examples of relevant work or certifications (QuickBooks ProAdvisor, etc.).
