MA single member LLC consultant looking for tax filing assistance
Hourly: $50.00 - $80.00
I have a single member LLC incorporated in Masschusetts for side gig consulting projects. Currently I only have one client, guaranteed through September 2025. No employees/payroll, no office space, no complex purchasing, primarily management consulting. I need someone to help me prepare taxes and any required filings and reports because I don't know what's needed (for example, I've read I need to pay estimated tax quarterly but I'm not really self-employed as I have a separate full-time job). Ideal candidate is someone very reliable, trustworthy, and knows what they're doing -- Even better is if we can work longer-term together because I expect to attain additional clients, and it would be great to eventually move over my personal taxes to the same person.
