We have delivered measurable results for some of the best brands in the world. Objective We are seeking a full-stack U.S.-based freelancer to support outbound business development through integrated campaigns that include outbound email, LinkedIn outreach, and telemarketing. The primary goal is to generate five (5) qualified leads per week for our flagship service offering: Fractional Chief Innovation Officer (FCIO) consulting. Our Ideal Clients • Midsize organizations with 500 to 2,500 employees • Actively seeking innovation support, but not positioned to build a full internal innovation department • Interested in partnering with a senior-level expert to build and manage their innovation pipeline Key Buyer Titles Include: • CEO / President • Chief Innovation Officer • Chief Strategy Officer • Chief Operating Officer • EVP/VP of Product, Strategy, or Innovation • Head of R&D or Product Development • Head of Digital Transformation or Enterprise Growth Lead Qualification Criteria A qualified lead must: • Be a decision-maker or have direct influence over hiring innovation consultants • Have an immediate or near-term interest in launching an innovation-related initiative • Have budget allocated or access to decision-level financial planning Engagement Structure • Flat monthly fee only (no per-lead or per-appointment pricing) • No setup fees • No long-term contract (month-to-month, based on performance) • No 30-day cancellation policies Deliverables • Build and manage outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone • Source and verify lead data based on the criteria above • Manage all aspects of outreach from copywriting to scheduling calls • Provide weekly activity and results reporting Performance Expectations • Deliver 5 qualified leads per week • Target 1–2 new client engagements per month Next Steps To be considered, please submit a brief proposal that includes: • Your flat monthly rate for full campaign execution • Overview of your outreach process, tools, and experience • Case studies or references from past B2B lead generation projects (preferably in consulting, innovation, or strategy sectors) • Confirmation of ability to start immediately and meet weekly Zoom check-in expectations We look forward to reviewing your proposal and identifying a long-term performance-based partner to help us continue growing our practice.
