We are seeking a highly experienced corporate attorney with a strong background in labor and employment law to assist in drafting a C-Suite employment agreement. The project involves updating and tailoring an existing, pre-defined executive employment contract to fit the needs of a new C-level hire. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and best practices.
