We’re looking for a consultant with deep expertise in conversion tracking and marketing analytics to audit our current setup and implement improvements based on best practices. Our goal is to ensure accurate, end-to-end tracking of key user actions across our marketing stack, from website interactions to CRM. Our Tech Stack: Website: WordPress Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4) Tag Management: Google Tag Manager (GTM) Marketing Automation: Pardot CRM: Salesforce Project Scope: Audit: Review current conversion tracking setup across GA4, GTM, Pardot, and Salesforce Identify missing, duplicate, or misfiring events Assess how website events are tracked and how they map to Salesforce/Pardot Recommend: Propose updates and improvements to event tracking based on industry best practices Suggest any necessary tag adjustments, dataLayer pushes, or GA4 configuration changes Implement: Action the approved changes in GTM, GA4, and WordPress Ensure accurate data flows from web events to Pardot and Salesforce QA/test all implementations across browsers and devices Ideal Experience: Strong understanding of event tracking architecture and tagging best practices Proven experience implementing and managing GA4 and GTM in WordPress environments Experience integrating Pardot and Salesforce with web analytics Ability to clearly document and explain recommendations Deliverables: Audit summary and findings List of recommended updates with rationale Implemented changes in tools with documentation Final test report confirming tracking accuracy To Apply: Please include: A brief summary of your experience with similar projects Examples of past GA4/GTM implementations (especially with Pardot/Salesforce integrations) Your estimated timeline and availability
