We are an agency that uses Monday.com for project management. As the CEO I am sure we are not using it the best way possible. I have very pointed questions about some of the boards we are using and how we might use them better. I specifically am looking for very specific problems to solve in terms of estimating team time on projects and using this as a tool to help develop scopes and estimated time across projects as well as individual team members. Not looking to rip it all up and start over unless it makes sense to set up a new board differently. We have already invested a considerable amount of time in this system and worked with another consultant who often told us that we needed to subscribe to other things like make.com.... Just looking for some very specific help by the hour. Coach me as to how to use this better.
