Software delivered and never collected money Contingency lawyers only. I led the development of a personalized CRM over a period of 18 months, working with a team of four developers whom I hired abroad. A functional demo was delivered within the first eight months, after which we continued refining the software based on feedback. However, in October 2023, the other party decided to discontinue the project and refused to pay for the completed work. I have email and message records that substantiate the existence of the CRM, along with contacts of current and former employees who used the system and can attest to its purpose and efficiency. Additionally, I possess receipts confirming payments made to my development team. The CRM remains in our repository and can be deployed at any time as evidence. The repository contains a full commit history with timestamps, demonstrating the progress and timeline of the project. The company owners, who were friends of mine, continued requesting new features while claiming they would only pay once the CRM met their satisfaction. However, they repeatedly expanded the project scope beyond the initial agreement. I also have email records outlining the original scope, which the CRM not only met but significantly exceeded. I am seeking to sue for $80,000, plus damages.
