Qualifications: Educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, and /or Construction Project Management At least 5 years experience in managing commercial interior design and construction projects (experience in medical interior design or construction is a major plus!) At least 3 years experience in executing customer service for high-level clientele At least 2 years experience leading/managing 2 people Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills Excellent planning and time management skills with proven success leading concurrent projects. Self-starters who are results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious, and tech-savvy Strong knowledge of commercial-grade furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications required Proficient in reading Interior Architectural Construction Drawings required Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, 3D, and other modeling software programs preferred Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus NCIDQ certified, and/or LEED accreditation is a plus Responsibilities & Duties: The Project Lead will own key phases of the Interior Design Project lifecycle and contribute to our success by supporting our design team. The Project Lead will have a passion for design, project management, and customer service and will oversee the tactical duties related to a project such as keeping the team organized, motivated, on track, and within vision and compliance. - Design Process Management Ensure successful independent execution of a project based on: Project Timeline Client Needs & Budget Elevated Luxury Client Customer Service Experience Building & Medical Code & Compliance Facilitate the entire design process of an assigned project alongside your team Conceptualization Construction Drawings Specifications: Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment Conduct necessary site visits and inspections (as needed) Site Visits or Installations Coordinate with the Department Manager for recommendations to improve procedures or services. Ensure successful collaboration with all project partners, consultants, contractors, etc. Customer Service Management: Execute the customer service journey. Ensure your projects and clients maintain a constant high level of Customer Experience throughout the entire process. - Other: Participate in weekly meetings and scheduled calls Attend and participate in company meetings and events.
