An enterprise client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst to support analysis and documentation efforts related to partner portal initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to review data, generate insights, and create clear, actionable user stories. This is a full-time contract role (30 - 40 hours per week) with potential involvement in team workshops and presentations. Responsibilities: - Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights related to partner portal performance and usability. - Translate data findings and stakeholder feedback into clear, structured user stories that align with business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, development, and operations to validate requirements. - Use tools like Microsoft Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint to visualize workflows, data trends, and key recommendations. - Ensure clear documentation of current state, proposed changes, and associated impacts. - Potential only: Contribute to or lead workshops where findings may be shared and discussed with larger groups. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in an enterprise or B2B setting. - Strong understanding and previous hands-on experience with partner portals—from both functional and technical perspectives. - Ability to independently analyze and interpret data, identifying gaps, trends, and opportunities. - Skilled in creating and organizing user stories and documentation that support development teams and business stakeholders. - Strong written communication and interpersonal skills. - Must be available to commit to 30-40 hours per week starting mid May. - Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and similar tools for visualization and presentation of findings would be a big plus. - Public speaking or presentation experience is a plus, but not required.
