I am in need a bookkeeper for 10-20 hours a week. We purchase, rehab, and rent single family homes. I need someone who is very familiar with how to properly apply properties to the balance sheet, cap ex, run desired reports. So please let me know what experience you have with real estate. I do someone to start quickly, so please let you know when you're able to start. This could lead into full time if desired. Thank you
