*Do not apply outside of upwork* We’re hiring a high-integrity, responsive B2B closer to follow up with warm, decision-ready leads for our Most Loved Workplace® certification program. You’ll engage directly with Heads of HR, Employer Brand, and Communications—guiding them through the sales process, procurement and legal review if needed, answering questions, and closing deals resulting in a signed contract. These are warm leads: they’ve signed up, expressed interest, or are in our pipeline. We need intelligent, timely follow-up that converts interest into action. Key Responsibilities: Follow up with qualified leads via email, LinkedIn, and Zoom Schedule and conduct short sales calls (15–30 min) Explain benefits, handle objections, and walk through pricing Close deals and hand off to our onboarding team Track status and updates in HubSpot and Apollo.io You’re a Strong Fit If You: Have experience selling to HR, People, or C-level decision-makers Have closed B2B deals in the $10K–$50K+ range Are persuasive but not pushy—focused on smart consultative selling Have experience and success navigating corporate procurement and contracting processes Understand how to read a client and provide solution-based guidance Can operate independently, follow up without reminders, and drive action Are available remotely with occasional in-office collaboration (Palm Beach Gardens area) * Nice to have but not necessary Bonus: If you can also warm your own leads or evolve into a hunter role, even better Contract Details: Part-time: ~2-3 hours/day, must be available during standard US business hours (9:00 am - 7:00 pm EST) Pay: Hourly for follow-up + per-close or milestone bonus Start: Immediately Trial: Paid trial period before longer-term commitment Potential: Ongoing work or full-time role for the right closer To Apply: Send a short note about your B2B sales experience Include a voice memo or video intro (optional, but preferred) Let us know your availability this week for a quick paid trial
