Create Magic At Work® is looking for a part-time Social Media Manager who’s hungry to make an impact. This is NOT a post-and-ghost job. We need someone who knows how to drive real engagement — not just likes, but conversations, shares, and listenership growth for our leadership podcast and executive coaching brand. Who You Are: You’re based in the US and fluent in English (bonus if you’re obsessed with leadership, coaching, or personal growth content). You get how to turn a podcast clip, a quote, or a newsletter into magnetic social posts that people actually interact with. You’re detail oriented, creative, and results-driven. You love looking at what’s working (and what’s not) and making quick tweaks to optimize. You don’t need your hand held, but you’re also open to feedback and collaboration. Role Details: $15/hour Part-time, flexible hours (approx. 5–10 hours/week to start) 100% remote Focus: Grow podcast listenership, drive engagement on YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and help amplify the Create Magic At Work® brand.
