I'm looking to hire a skilled developer to create a custom, adaptable web scraping program that can pull real estate lead data from various state and county websites on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. The tool should be flexible so that new sources can be added easily over time. Data Types We’re Targeting: Probate records Pre-foreclosures Code violations Eviction filings Tax delinquencies Utility shutoffs Liens, judgments, and other public filings Key Requirements: Crawl and scrape public records from state/county websites (some may involve CAPTCHAs, login forms, or PDFs) Extract key property and owner info, such as name, address, status, dates, etc. (each lead source may differ slightly on what information needs to be gathered) Export data in a clean, structured format (CSV or Google Sheets).
