We are the video content sponsor for an industry event in Boston June 11-13. The sponsorship will involve recording sit-down interviews with 20+ sponsors and attendees. Then, those interviews will need to be edited and turned into individual videos for release. Our video interviews also include a lot of b-roll, so we will also need to record a lot of content of the event itself that can then be edited into the interview videos. We also have a very distinctive video style/vibe that we have established over the years. Essentially, these are 'corporate' videos but with a bit of a rock-n-roll vibe. I can share examples of our existing videos for reference. We want the new series to be on-brand, but also bring some new creative ideas to the mix. We will need a videographer on-site for the event in Boston, recording the interviews and b-roll. Then, we also need those videos to be edited and prepared for release. Our marketing team will be available to help with the creative direction in the editing process, to help guide it toward our brand image. Our brand personality is that we take our business seriously, but don't take ourselves too seriously at all. That leads to some fun video interviews, outtakes, and random content that all play into our overall video look and feel. The event itself is an all-women digital marketing networking event. Our team (interviewer and possibly one or two other executives) will likely be the only men at the event (along with the videographer, potentially). We're looking for an experienced videographer and video producer/editor who can bring creativity, ideas, and some 'sizzle' to the typical company interview video project. Our team has been involved in these videos for years, but our prior on-staff videographer recently left to focus on his own personal music and video projects. So, we're experienced in working with a talented and creative videographer, where we collaborate on ideas to arrive at some very unique final videos.
