We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Pitchbook & Document Formatting Specialist who is highly reliable, fast, and capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously. This role demands expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Figma (or similar design tools). Responsibilities: 1. Create, design, and format high-impact pitchbooks, investor presentations, corporate documents, and marketing materials. 2. Ensure absolute consistency across all documents—fonts, colors, margins, layouts, and branding. 3. Integrate data from Excel into presentations through charts, tables, and infographics. 4. Utilize Figma or similar tools to refine and enhance visual design, where applicable. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to align content structure and design with firm standards. 8. Handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy. 9. Proofread and edit documents to ensure a polished, professional output. Qualifications: 1. Native-level English proficiency (written and verbal). 2.Only U.S. Citizens or Legal Permanent Residents (LPR) will be considered. 3. Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Figma (or similar design software). 4. Demonstrated experience creating investment-grade pitchbooks, presentations, and corporate documents. 5. Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on layout, formatting, and brand consistency. 6. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality. 7. Highly reliable, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 8. Familiarity with private equity, real estate, investment banking, or financial services is strongly preferred. 9. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator).
