Mediaboom is seeking a skilled and experienced Google & Meta Ads Manager/Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis. This role is crucial in helping us manage and optimize high-performing digital advertising campaigns for one client initially, with the potential to expand into managing multiple clients over time. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in both Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising, with a focus on delivering tangible results and providing strategic insights. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for one client to start - Weekly check-ins with the internal team to review performance and strategy - Weekly updates of client reporting, ensuring it is accurate and reflects campaign progress - Short biweekly client check-ins to walk the client through campaign optimizations, performance analysis, and results - Offer ongoing analysis and recommendations to improve campaign performance - Oversee ad spend of $50,000 - $75,000 per month for one client, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI - Respond to our team inquiries same day or within 24 hours via dedicated company account - Set up and manage conversion tracking across multiple advertising platforms to ensure accurate data and performance measurement - Stay organized and detail-oriented, ensuring deadlines are met while working independently What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns - Experience working with ad spend of $50,000 - $75,000 per month for one client - Strong understanding of conversion tracking and campaign analytics across platforms - Ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign performance - Highly organized and detail-focused with a knack for meeting deadlines - Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration - Previous hospitality industry experience is a plus, but not required This role has the potential to expand into managing multiple clients as our team grows, but for now, we are focusing on one project to kick off.
