CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Specialist – Landing Page Auditor About the Role: We are looking for a highly analytical and creative CRO Specialist to audit our existing landing pages, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to significantly increase our conversion rates. You will play a critical role in enhancing user experience, optimizing funnels, and helping us maximize the ROI of our marketing efforts. Responsibilities: Audit existing landing pages and identify friction points and conversion barriers. Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and user behavior analysis (heatmaps, click tracking, session recordings). Develop hypotheses and recommend data-backed improvements for page layout, messaging, UX/UI, and CTAs. Collaborate with our marketing, design, and development teams to implement tests and updates. Analyze test results and translate data into actionable insights. Continuously monitor performance metrics and report on conversion improvements. Stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in CRO, UX design, and behavioral psychology. Requirements: Proven experience in CRO, UX optimization, or landing page design. Strong understanding of A/B testing frameworks, user behavior tools (like Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.). Ability to identify small tweaks and larger strategic changes that can drive major performance improvements. Data-driven mindset with a sharp eye for design and user experience. Excellent communication skills to clearly explain findings and recommendations. Self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving skills. Bonus Points For: Experience with copywriting or funnel optimization. Familiarity with landing page builders like Unbounce, Leadpages, Webflow, or ClickFunnels.
