We're looking for an ad hoc graphic designer to join our support team. This is a standby role—you must be online and responsive during Pacific Standard Time (PST) office hours. Tasks will be assigned as needed. You’ll be paid per task. There are no guaranteed weekly hours. Primary Tasks: Social media graphics (static posts, carousels, infographics) Website banners and headers Email images and ad creatives Resizing, formatting, and basic layout edits Occasional Tasks: Light video editing (e.g. turning podcast clips into reels/shorts) Adding captions, branding, or overlays Resizing videos for different platforms Tools You Should Be Comfortable With: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Descript Coordination Platforms: Slack (communication) Asana and Monday.com (task tracking) Requirements: Must be online during PST hours (e.g. 9AM–5PM PST) Fast turnaround and good attention to detail Follows written instructions without constant supervision Clear communicator via chat and task comments To Apply: Send 3 graphic samples, 1–2 video samples (if available), your per-task or hourly rate, and confirm your PST availability.
