As an Instructor, you will be responsible for facilitating interactive learning experiences, sharing practical insights, and fostering a dynamic learning environment for participants. You will play a crucial role in equipping individuals with essential business knowledge and skills in a condensed format. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and informative lectures and presentations on assigned topics within the short MBA curriculum. Develop and/or utilize existing high-quality course materials, including case studies, activities, and discussion prompts. Facilitate interactive discussions and encourage active participation from participants. Provide constructive feedback to participants on assignments or activities, if applicable. Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment. Adhere to the course schedule and learning objectives. Collaborate with the course coordinator or program administrators as needed. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in the relevant subject areas. Qualifications: A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is required. A Doctoral degree is a plus. Significant professional experience in a relevant industry or functional area (e.g., finance, marketing, strategy, operations). Demonstrated experience in teaching, training, or facilitating learning experiences for adult learners. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. Passion for business education and a commitment to participant success. Familiarity with adult learning principles and effective teaching methodologies.
