Description: We are a growing B2B wholesale distributor based in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area, and we’re looking to bring on a Benefits Consultant to evaluate our current employee benefits offerings and advise us on how to be more competitive in today’s market. What We’re Looking For: A seasoned HR/benefits consultant with experience advising small to mid-sized companies Familiarity with the wholesale, distribution, or logistics space is a plus Someone who understands market benchmarks and can provide actionable, cost-conscious recommendations Scope of Work: Review our current benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, etc.) Compare with industry standards and local competitors Identify gaps or areas for improvement Provide a clear set of recommendations with estimated costs and vendor suggestions if applicable Deliverables: Benefits comparison and benchmarking summary Recommendations report with tiered options (good / better / best) Optional: Provide a roadmap for phased implementation Ideal Experience: 5+ years in HR, total rewards, or benefits consulting U.S.-based, with experience in Texas markets preferred
