Small Business Government Contracts Attorney

We’re a small consulting and tech solutions firm seeking an experienced government (Federal, State, and Local) contracts attorney for long-term, periodic support. Key Areas of Support: 1. Drafting/reviewing partnership and teaming agreements with large primes 2. Legal guidance on direct contracts with federal, state, and local agencies 3. Support for go-to-market and compliance questions 4. Advising on IP rights for tech solutions and software 5. Ensuring alignment with FAR, DFARS, and applicable regulations Requirements: 1. Licensed U.S. attorney with government contract experience 2. Familiarity with small business programs (WOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, etc.) 3. Strong understanding of IP law in the public sector 4. Available for as-needed support We’re looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who understands the unique needs of small businesses in the government contracting space.
