Job Placement Manager for Auto Repair Technicians


We are launching a nationwide job placement service for auto repair shops. Many of our clients need this. Key Responsibilities: Your role os to develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the auto repair industry primarily focussing on technicians. Build and maintain relationships with our large base of auto repair shop clients to understand their hiring needs. Create a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.). Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and fit for the roles. Manage the application process and maintain candidate records in the software provided. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to our clients and our coaches. Collaborate with out marketing dept to promote job openings and the placement service. Ideal Qualifications; Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the automotive fields. Familiarity with the auto repair industry and the specific skills required for technicians. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously. Proficiency in recruitment software and tools for tracking candidates and managing the hiring pipeline.
