Clio API + Compensation Dashboard Developer (Long-Term Potential)

Overview: We are a boutique commercial real estate law firm seeking a developer or consultant to automate our monthly attorney compensation calculations. We currently pull data manually from Clio Manage and use an Excel worksheet to calculate payroll. We want to automate this workflow via a dashboard connected to the Clio API. This is a first project — success will likely lead to ongoing dashboard and strategic growth projects (revenue, profitability, KPIs, strategic planning dashboards). Scope of Initial Project: ✅ Connect to Clio Manage API (using proper authentication) ✅ Pull monthly collections and billable activity per attorney ✅ Apply firm-specific compensation formulas: Fixed base salary per attorney Bonus calculation based on collections above thresholds ✅ Auto-calculate monthly and YTD totals ✅ Export monthly payroll report (Google Sheets or Excel preferred) ✅ Simple visual dashboard showing collections, base, bonus, and total comp Requirements:
