PROJECT TITLE: Manual Web Research & Data Entry – Warehouse Management System (WMS) Customers PAYMENT: Fixed-price (quote your fee) DEADLINE: 5 business days from contract start TOOLS: Web browser + Excel only – NO AI / ChatGPT / Gemini, etc. -------------------------------------------------------------------- PROJECT OVERVIEW -------------------------------------------------------------------- We have an Excel workbook with two sheets: 1. WMS Providers – 200+ rows with each Warehouse Management Software (WMS) product and the vendor’s homepage URL. 2. Customer List – empty; you will fill this sheet. Your task is to visit every vendor’s website, find all companies that use their WMS product, and enter those customers (plus the exact source-page URL) in the Customer List sheet. -------------------------------------------------------------------- DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK -------------------------------------------------------------------- For each WMS provider: 1. Open the homepage URL in a browser. 2. Manually browse the site and look for evidence of WMS customers. Possible locations: “Customers”, “Client Stories”, case studies, success stories, press releases, testimonials, blog posts, etc. 3. Verify that the customer is using the WMS, not some other product the vendor sells (ERP, TMS, SCM, etc.). Note, you need to be very careful here if the vendor offers multiple different software products - if you just find a customer list or testimonial, you need to actually read it and check that those customers use the WMS product. 4. For every confirmed WMS customer, add one row to the Customer List sheet: • Column A – WMS name • Column B – Customer company name (official spelling) • Column C – Source URL (page where you found the proof) 5. Repeat until you have processed every vendor. -------------------------------------------------------------------- ACCURACY & COMPLETENESS REQUIREMENTS -------------------------------------------------------------------- • 100 % accuracy – every listed customer must actually use the vendor’s WMS. • 95 % completeness – for a random audit sample of 20 vendors we must find that you captured at least 95 % of the WMS customers shown on their websites. • We will audit by re-doing the task on 20 randomly chosen vendors. Failing either requirement voids completion. -------------------------------------------------------------------- ABSOLUTELY NO AI TOOLS -------------------------------------------------------------------- Using ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar generative AI is NOT allowed. If we detect AI-generated results, the contract will be cancelled without payment. -------------------------------------------------------------------- REQUIRED SKILLS -------------------------------------------------------------------- • Proven history of precise web research & data entry • Excellent attention to detail (company names, spelling, URL capture) • Basic Excel skills (edit cells, work with multiple sheets) • Familiarity with supply-chain / logistics terminology is a plus • Clear written communication for status updates -------------------------------------------------------------------- DELIVERABLES -------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Updated Excel workbook with the Customer List sheet fully populated 2.
