Simple Stripe Terminal Setup

I need a simple setup for Stripe Terminal SDK. I already have a Stripe account and the M2 card readers. I attempted to do it myself, so I do have a github account and render account set up, but I didnt realize how difficult it would be to develop it, so thats all the farther I got. The project is simple for a Youth Baseball concession stand. I need it to be able to enter in a price manually, add a tip section, then add a 3.5% transaction fee automatically, and charge. Very Simple. Can be branded or not. Will be using mobile phones of varying brands, probably mostly Apple. This is kindof an ASAP thing. We have a large tournament this weekend I would like to have it up for. Full cooperation and access to accounts will be granted.
