Custom Map Files for Fictional U.S. State Simulation


I am a professor running an immersive full-semester political simulation in one of my classes. The simulation is set in a fictional U.S. state called Concordia, created from a division of modern-day Texas into five new states. Students represent legislators from 25 different districts. I am in need of clean, easy-to-understand digital maps to help them visualize the state and their assigned district. These maps will be used in our simulation manual (Word/PDF) to enhance the simulation experience. I do not need printed versions—just digital files. I have attached descriptions of the "five new states of former Texas" (how it was divided) and descriptions of each of the 25 districts. PROJECT DELIVERABLES: 1. One (1) Map of Former Texas, split into 5 new states. 2, One (1) Full-State Map of Concordia, displaying all 25 numbered legislative districts with clear, simple boundaries 3. Twenty-five (25) Individual District Maps. Essentially, one zoomed-in map per district, labeling its cities, boundaries, and major features. Style should be clean and consistent across all maps. Looking for clear communication; please ask questions when clarification is needed. This is meant to be a significant value-add for future students to make this 16-week simulation experience even better and more realistic. Thank you for your time and consideration.
