We’re hiring a Cold Caller / B2B Appointment Setter to help us book qualified leads for our diesel fleet repair company, South Bay Diesels. We specialize in servicing businesses with fleets of trucks and vans — including construction, HVAC, plumbing, and logistics companies — who need fast, reliable, and on-site repairs. Responsibilities: Make 200–300 outbound cold calls per week to local businesses Speak with business owners, fleet managers, or operations managers Introduce our services using a provided script Handle common objections professionally and confidently Log all call outcomes and notes into our CRM (GoHighLevel) Book qualified appointments and forward leads to our internal team What We Provide: A vetted lead list of local, fleet-heavy businesses A proven call script and objection handling guide Full access to our CRM system (GoHighLevel) Feedback and support to help you perform at your best Requirements: Fluent English and excellent phone presence Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience (B2B preferred) Ability to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours Quiet work environment and reliable internet connection Ability to book 10+ qualified appointments per month Compensation: Hourly or weekly base rate (based on experience) Performance bonuses for each qualified appointment booked Potential for long-term work with a growing team If you’re confident on the phone and know how to get past the gatekeeper, we want to hear from you.
