We're launching a new AI SaaS company helping service-based SMBs grow through intelligent automation and voice/chat systems. Our technical and design teams are already in place — now we’re looking for a branding and messaging expert to craft a compelling story and market positioning as we prepare for launch. Your Role You’ll help shape our voice, narrative, and positioning for launch. Key responsibilities include: -Developing clear, differentiated brand messaging and value propositions -Refining our brand voice and go-to-market positioning -Translating complex AI features into benefit-driven copy for SMB buyers -Creating foundational copy for our homepage, email outreach, and sales materials -Ensuring messaging consistency across all touchpoints You Might Be a Great Fit If You: -Have experience with B2B SaaS, especially AI startups or early-stage tech -Are a strategic storyteller and copywriter -Know how to position new tech in crowded markets -Bonus: You understand SMB verticals like home services, medical, dental, vet, or auto Initial Deliverables (2–3 Weeks of Work) -Brand messaging & positioning framework -Homepage and sales copy samples -Strategic input on go-to-market messaging To Apply -Share 2–3 samples of your branding/messaging work -Briefly describe how you’d approach helping an AI SaaS stand out in a competitive space -Confirm you can track time hourly (no manual time logs)
