Job Post: Telecaller (IT Solutions) – US-Based Candidates Only Job Title: Telecaller / Sales Representative (IT Solutions) Location: Remote (USA) Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/Contract Experience Level: 1-3+ years (IT/tech telecalling preferred) About the Role: We are a growing IT Solutions Provider looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, engage potential clients, and promote our IT services (e.g., Generative AI, Conversational AI and RPAs). Key Responsibilities: ✔ Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market. ✔ Explain IT products/services clearly and persuasively. ✔ Qualify leads, schedule demos, and follow up via email/calls. ✔ Maintain accurate records in CRM ✔ Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Requirements: ✅ 1+ years in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (IT industry preferred). ✅ Excellent English communication (neutral accent, clear pronunciation). ✅ Familiarity with IT terminology (SaaS, networking, cybersecurity, etc.). ✅ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with cold calling. ✅ Experience with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory). Compensation - Up to $3,500 based on experience and target alignment
