I’m building a client-facing + internal workspace for my company, Practice Frame. Practice Frame is a management services organization (MSO) that provides non-clinical operational support to private therapy practices. We help mental health practice owners scale by managing their admin, vendor coordination, team onboarding, billing setup, and growth strategy — while they stay focused on clinical work. This Notion workspace needs to serve two user groups: Internal Team (Manager and IC views): To track multiple therapy clients, manage workload, tasks, vendors, and internal operations. Therapy Practice Clients: To interact with their personalized onboarding, resources, calendars, support directories, roadmaps, and asset libraries. Here’s what I need: A main internal dashboard for my team to manage clients (calendar, task management, client profiles, workload views) A custom client portal setup (one per client) with onboarding resources, support FAQ, contracts, glossary, vendor directories, and project milestones Separate manager view and IC view for internal operations Task system where tasks are live-updatable, assignable, trackable by status (incomplete/in progress/complete), and auto-rollover into the next week if not completed Calendar must support month and week views, and be filterable by client, team member, or clinician Clean UX/UI that makes it easy for clients and team members to navigate I’ve attached a full 2-page system outline below to give detailed structure and organization.
