We are seeking a dedicated Lead Generation & Sales Manager to help recruit schools for our innovative services designed for students with special needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management, a proven track record in lead generation, and a passion for education. You will be responsible for identifying potential schools, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to close sales. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role. General Summary of Program Services: Target population: students with special needs or those on tier 2/at-risk intervention plans Service: academic tutoring, behavior therapy (ABA), or transition planning (e.g. services for post-secondary employment, post-secondary education, and independent living) Age group: 6-12 Worksite: School-based Group sizes: 1.) Tutoring - 1 Teacher to 3 Students, 2.) ABA Therapy - 1 therapist: 1 student (unless small groups are needed to practice communication), 3.) Transition Planning - group size depend on needs of student body. Service location: schools in Washington, DC (Public Charter, Private, Public) Duration: 12 weeks at a time; 3 times per week option or 2 times a week option @ 1-1.5 hrs. Time of day: Inquire about which time of day is best (before school, during the school day, or after) Instructors: Licensed educators Contacts should be made by a combination of methods beyond email. Inquire about additional services that the school may be interested in receiving for their student population.
