The Hope Group operates a variety of businesses in the mental health space. We’re currently seeking a billing contractor to navigate and manage claims for a 44-bed Residential Treatment Center, Havenwood Academy. At Havenwood, we serve adolescent females with early childhood trauma. We provide world class treatment for clients who otherwise wouldn’t receive care. This means working with Medicaid, California Adoption Assistance (AAP), and several individual school districts and funding sources through Single Case Agreements. Current payers include: AAP, Medicaid (Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Idaho), Washington Coordinated Care, Washington United Health Care, Arizona Complete Health. Your opportunity: Partner with a caring, passionate, and fun-loving group committed to navigating various payer sources to serve our demographic. Impact the lives of young women facing trauma by billing and collecting from funding sources. Assist in processing insurance reimbursements to families for another Hope Group program delivering transitional treatment to young adults. Attributes: Collaborative/Dynamic - Complex and particular billing requirements require attention to detail, adaptability, and communication. Taking initiative, and following up with our team and with payer sources is critical. Tenacious - All billing work, and specifically Medicaid and AAP, requires persistence, resourcefulness, and determination. Our business advantage is the ability to work with unique funding sources and collect in a timely manner. Fun - We’ve drafted poems to follow up with payers, and often use group messages to keep each other informed but keep it light and fun along the way. A positive and energetic attitude matters. 15 - 25 hours per week Our passion is to help young women with early childhood trauma. World class billing and collection play a key role in the organization’s ability to deliver great treatment.
