Seeking expert in Salesforce to advise on next steps for successful Salesforce integration and plan for team buy-in while completing in-progress process flows. This contractor would create a project plan to recommend next steps based on the current state of Salesforce environment, in order to meet specified business goals. We will kickoff with a discovery phase, engaging with key stakeholder to understand needs and accessing current resources available to help to implement necessary improvements. Ideal candidate would be able to complete the below, while meeting with leaders to define next steps in broader Salesforce integration and adoption: · Create flow that would assign an account team member to the category review record and client input record based on their account team role and/or region. · Create client input records for all eligible clients related to a category review - A client would be eligible if they have an active brand attribute record as defined from the account page AND if they have an active retailer representation record. · Create logical screen flows within Kanban to direct end users to the specific content needed to advance the category review process. · Support in moving from Profile security to Permission sets with pillar / role specific views and access · Finalize attribute mapping Skills required: · Expert level Salesforce knowledge · Project Management experience · Ability to translate goals into actionable plans · Ability to advise on best practices and next steps · Ability to create custom flows and backend Salesforce needs. Experience in the CPG industry a plus. Contractor must have availability to provide updates, and attend occasional meetings, during regular business hours.
