We are seeking a reliable individual to manage our incoming phone calls. The primary responsibilities include answering calls, providing basic information to callers, and taking messages to forward to me. Our small company typically receives fewer than 30 calls per month. We are in the pet industry, so having some knowledge on what dog and cat breeds that are out there is would be GREATLY preferred. Also being aware of some pet health (medications, anxiety, etc). Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle inquiries in a fun and professional way. This role is essential for maintaining our customer service standards and ensuring that all messages are recorded accurately. No holidays, no calls after 6pm CST, no calls prior to 9am CST, and no weekends necessary.
