We are a small franchise organization looking for an experienced Zoho Desk specialist to set up a customer service ticket system for us. We need to support two different groups — our customers and our franchise owners — and handle incoming communications from multiple channels. **Scope of Work:** - Set up Zoho Desk from scratch for a small business/franchise model - Create and configure two departments or pipelines: - One for customer inquiries - One for franchise owner support - Integrate Zoho Desk with: - Phone system (using Zoho PhoneBridge or another recommended tool) - SMS/text messaging - Instagram direct messages - Facebook Messenger - Set up automations: - Auto-responses for incoming tickets - Ticket routing based on inquiry type - Basic workflows to streamline responses - Configure user roles and permissions - Provide basic training (recorded video or written documentation) for our internal team - Offer light support after launch to troubleshoot any initial issues **Ideal Candidate:** - Proven experience setting up Zoho Desk (please provide examples) - Knowledge of integrating Zoho Desk with phone, SMS, and social media platforms - Ability to recommend best practices for a small, growing team - Will include the words Purple Hedgehog in their reply - Strong communication skills and ability to deliver a clean, organized setup - Bonus: Experience working with franchise models or small business operations **Project Timeline:** We would like the setup completed within 2–4 weeks. **Budget:** Open to proposals based on experience. **To Apply:** Please send a brief proposal highlighting your experience with Zoho Desk setups.
