Must be: -Trustworthy -Available with excellent communication skills -Able to pay attention to details -Bring extra value -Willing to use tools like Google Meet, Zoom, ClickUp, or other platforms if necessary -Experienced in sales management, specifically in training and coaching. -Strong in leadership and motivational skills. -Capable of analyzing sales data and using it to drive performance improvements. -Organized, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple priorities.
