Oversee Instagram and Facebook weekly postings to drive image and branding. 7. Coordinate and organize video content, ensuring editing and posting align with the marketing plan and band design with editing professional. **Communication Management:** 8. Respond to online messages from social media platforms. 9. Manage email responses and inquiries related to course and event management. 10. Follow up with clients on WhatsApp during booking processes and general customer care. **Website and Online Presence:** 11. Update website (Wordpress) with course dates, events, and new content in collaboration with designers. 12. Coordinate Acuity scheduling for session bookings with clients. 13. Manage coordination of online courses and in-person group productions. 14. Work with designer agency to keep website imagery fresh and engaging. 15. Implement strategic web positioning using keywords for better Google search results together with experts. **Strategic Planning:** 16. Develop and execute a strategic plan for optimal course results and overall company development. 17. Coordinate and schedule podcasts and interviews for marketing purposes, focusing on themes relevant to upcoming groups. 18. Manage coordination of blog posts.. 19. Strategically plan the balance between online work and travel destinations. **Practical Support:** 20. Coordinate plane tickets and travel plans for the annual agenda. 21. Provide overview and control of the agenda, ensuring strategic planning and execution of the calendar. 22. Manage global bookkeeping and budgeting, sending all expenses and accounting information to bookkeeper. 23. Handle some personal tasks to support overall efficiency 24.
