We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue generation efforts. In this role, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as a member of our Executive team. You will oversee the sales, marketing, and customer success team with the mission to optimize our revenue streams and expand our market presence. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in scaling revenue streams within the coaching, wellbeing, health, or related industries. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies aligned with company objectives. • Lead and manage the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve revenue targets. • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base. • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and positioning. • Collaborate with the executive team to align revenue strategies with overall business goals. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) and adjust strategies to optimize revenue performance. Required skills and qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. • Experience with start-ups is a must, with a strong start-up mentality. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing revenue growth strategies. • Experience in working with intangible products. • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams. • Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, Google Analytics, and social media management tools. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices. • Ability to support detailed marketing strategies for investment purposes. • Familiarity with international markets is a plus.
