We are looking for a skilled Seniored Salesforce Solutions Architect with a strong background in Service Cloud implementations, particularly focusing on Service Cloud Voice powered by AWS Connect. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing our Service Cloud environment, ensuring seamless integration and user experience. Details: Lead the architectural design of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solutions integrated with AWS Connect. Translate business needs into well-architected Salesforce solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders to define technical and business requirements. Design system architecture diagrams, integration patterns, and data models. Provide technical leadership to delivery teams, ensuring solutions align with best practices and standards. Architect and oversee configuration, custom development, and integrations between Salesforce and AWS Connect. Define and enforce governance around platform usage, scalability, and security. Collaborate with Principal Consultants, Business Value Consultants, and Client Executives to ensure alignment to project objectives. Is current on Salesforce and AWS feature releases and recommend how they can drive additional value. 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with at least 2 years in an Architect role. 2+ years of hands-on Service Cloud Voice design and implementation experience. Strong knowledge and experience configuring and integrating AWS Connect with Salesforce. Salesforce Service Cloud certification (Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or Architect certifications are highly preferred). Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, flows, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, CTI integrations, and contact center solutions. Experience leading multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and integrations. Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance best practices. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
