Job Description: We're looking for an experienced UX/UI and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) specialist to help us improve the performance of our website over a 2–3 month engagement. Your role will be to audit the current experience, identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data. Responsibilities: Analyze website UX/UI and overall user journey across key pages and funnels Identify conversion drop-off points using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Hotjar data Provide design, content, and checkout process recommendations to improve user flow and conversions Create wireframes or annotated mockups to visualize suggested improvements (if applicable) Deliver a weekly report summarizing findings, insights, and action steps Collaborate with our internal team on implementing changes Requirements: Proven experience in UX/UI design and CRO analysis Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Hotjar (or similar tools) Strong understanding of eCommerce or lead generation website behavior Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights Excellent communication and reporting skills Bonus Points For: Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or ability to communicate design changes with dev teams Portfolio of past CRO/UX projects showing impact Project Length: 2–3 months, with potential for ongoing work if results are strong Engagement Type: Hourly or fixed-price based on your preference and proposal
