As our Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with leadership to oversee, manage, and help execute a wide range of administrative, operational, and marketing tasks, including but not limited to: Coordinating and tracking progress of our Master Business Checklist Managing email marketing campaigns and collecting parent contact info Assisting with vendor outreach (bus routing companies, insurance providers, web developers) Scheduling financial and legal appointments Organizing job postings and assisting with the hiring process (drivers & support staff) Managing digital files and organizing plans using tools like OneNote or Google Drive Supporting website updates, SOP documentation, social media content prep Creating, formatting, and distributing marketing materials (flyers, emails, PDFs) Researching compliance requirements (DOT physicals, driver certifications, etc.) Managing communications with schools, daycares, and partners Performing general admin duties (calendar management, filing, call follow-ups)
