We are a fast-growing digital education platform seeking an experienced and reliable business attorney or legal consultant to assist with creating and reviewing essential legal documents. Scope of Work: We need the following legal materials prepared or reviewed: ✅ Terms of Service (TOS) ✅ Privacy Policy (including data collection and compliance recommendations) ✅ Operating Agreement (LLC structure) ✅ Work for Hire Contracts (for content creators and collaborators) ✅ Ad Hoc Legal Problem Analysis (as legal questions arise during operations) About Us: We are building a platform where professors, influencers, and thought leaders can create and distribute their own online courses.
