MEP Engineering services for commercial renovations in Florida

we are looking for mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering services for small office and retail space alterations. Typical space is from 1,500sqft to 8,000sqft. We have the CAD files for all of the existing space. The work will need to be permitted and we will be require the engineer to be licensed in the state of Florida to stamp the drawings and a general contractor to handling the permitting. Most of the time the scope will be to renovate an existing space, but there may be some that will be new interior construction on a shell space. Our drafting-person will provide most of the drawings and we will need for you to complete the MEP sheets as required for the permitting with licensed stamp. Typical document set would include the following: 1. site plan showing area of work in the building. 2. life safety plan-shows distance from farthest parts of the office back to exit doors. 3. demolition plan. 4. floor plan identifying the new work to be installed with section details. 5. lighting plan and power plan with electric panel schedule. 6. HVAC plan-shows locations of air return and supply. we are looking for someone with experience with this type of work and someone with a great attitude and strong customer service.
