Quickbooks Online has once again rolled out a change that is an absolute disaster. I have to report sales tax every month and the QBO sales tax liability report can no longer be trusted. So, I need help to either (1) create a brand new report or (2) come up with a process that is duplicatable so I can run through it every month. I've tried creating a new report but QBO (in all its glory) shows every line item on every invoice so it's double, triple, quadruple counting the taxable and tax amounts. I would like to have a zoom meeting where you can create the new report or show me what I'm doing wrong. Please don't apply if you don't know what I'm talking about. I need someone who knows about this terrible rollout or who can show me how to create a simple report that displays my sales tax liability by the 3 sales tax rates I've already setup in the system.
