Digital Marketing & Content Strategist (Gaming Industry)

CORE RESPONSBILITIES : Digital & Website Strategy - Optimize our website for UX, mobile compatibility, and seamless e-commerce integration. - Implement smart SEO strategies (keyword research, on-page optimization, blog creation). - Set up and manage analytics tools like Google Analytics and heatmaps to track performance. Social Media & Content Creation - Build and manage a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X. - Design social media graphics and short-form video content that captures our brand voice. - Post regularly with a focus on community engagement, fun, and inspirational messaging. - Develop systems for user-generated content, such as challenges or contests. Paid Media Campaigns - Instagram: Run carousel ads spotlighting sweepstakes prizes to build awareness and drive entries. - TikTok: Launch influencer-style video ads highlighting sweepstakes and community energy. - Facebook: Manage image ads and retargeting campaigns for users who didn’t convert. - Community Building & Feedback - Launch and manage a community hub (Discord or Facebook Group). - Host fan-driven content campaigns (e.g., photo challenges, fan art contests). - Collect testimonials and success stories from early sweepstakes users. - Provide monthly performance reports (CTR, conversions, engagement) and refine strategy accordingly. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE - Deep knowledge of gaming culture, Twitch streamers, esports trends, and gamer behavior. - Proven branding experience—you’ve built or grown a brand in the gaming or tech space. - Strong grasp of ecommerce and digital campaigns targeting gamer demographics. - Expert-level creativity in visual, video, and written content that resonates with gaming audiences. - Up-to-date on platforms, tools, and trends in the world of gaming, esports, and marketing. - Willingness to sign an NDA to maintain confidentiality and protect our mission.
