Part-Time Chief Marketing Officer for Fintech Company (Remote) We’re Workplay. A soon-to-launch personal finance app that simplifies financial planning and brings automated financial advising to everyone, not just the wealthy. Our mission is to make wealth management accessible, intuitive, and action-oriented for real people. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to help us take Workplay to market the right way. What We’re Looking For: • Experience in Fintech, SaaS, or finance-focused products • Proven success in building and executing go-to-market strategies • Strong understanding of inbound marketing & social media strategy/content creation • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools • Meta ads, Google ads • Creative, metrics-driven, and comfortable working with early-stage startups • Available to work remotely with consistent communication What You’ll Be Doing: • Help develop and execute our go-to-market plan for launch in summer • Design and optimize social media campaigns (organic + paid) • Build an inbound marketing funnel to drive pre-launch waitlist growth • Set up or fine-tune HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing • Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies as we go • Contribute creative ideas to make Workplay stand out in a crowded space Timeline: • Start: ASAP • Duration: Now until June • Commitment: Part-time to start (flexible hours), ramping up closer to launch 20 hours a week.
