We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented B2B Sales and Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of leading and executing end-to-end sales and marketing strategies. This role goes beyond traditional sales—our ideal candidate will create and optimize the infrastructure necessary for scalable sales success, generate high-quality leads, develop compelling marketing assets, including designing high-converting website pages, creating organic and paid content across LinkedIn and other platforms, executing targeted email marketing campaigns through Apollo or HubSpot, and tracking performance metrics to refine and optimize our outreach efforts. Experience with reputable SaaS products or brands is essential, as is a deep understanding of current sales, marketing, and social media trends. Experience in the education sector is preferred, particularly in researching and gathering data from public and private schools to generate leads in addition to using Apollo and LinkedIn for the same. This is a highly collaborative and performance-driven role, perfect for someone passionate about driving measurable business growth. Responsibilities: • Identify, evaluate, and qualify sales leads using Apollo and other lead generation tools. • Conduct initial screening calls and follow-ups with potential clients to assess fit and interest. • Organize and manage sales calls with leads; ensure timely follow-ups. • Coordinate with hot leads to negotiate terms and execute sales contracts efficiently. • Design, test, and iterate high-converting website pages to support sales and marketing efforts. • Develop and manage organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns, leveraging both strategic content and targeting tools. • Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Apollo or HubSpot, including segmentation and performance analysis. • Research market trends and social media best practices to craft innovative, platform-specific content (LinkedIn, website, etc.). • Research and gather data for public and private schools to generate leads and inform sales strategies. • Continuously enhance the product’s website and social media presence to increase visibility and drive conversions. • Analyze performance metrics across all channels and campaigns, and use insights to optimize marketing and sales strategies. • Prepare detailed reports summarizing campaign performance, sales outcomes, and actionable next steps. Qualifications: • Proficiency in LinkedIn (organic and paid), Apollo, and HubSpot is essential. • Minimum 5 years of experience leading sales and marketing efforts in a SaaS organization. • Experience in the education sector, with a focus on lead generation involving public and private schools, is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to create and optimize sales funnels and assets, from website design to email flows. • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, performance metrics, and conversion optimization. • Experience in designing sales and landing pages that align with brand standards and maximize conversions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and adherence to brand tone. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
