Podcast Support Assistant – Weekly Audio & YouTube Publishing (No Editing Required)


We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help execute a consistent publishing process for a weekly podcast that goes live every Tuesday. This role is focused on organizing and posting—not editing. If you thrive in systems, can manage weekly routines with minimal hand-holding, and love keeping creative content flowing, this is for you. Deliverables (Weekly, Tuesdays): Format: Solo episodes only (30 minutes) Publishing (no editing required): Go live with the raw audio (no post-editing needed) Upload audio to Libsyn Upload video to YouTube Write and post titles, descriptions, and timestamps for both platforms Visuals: Upload and apply pre-designed YouTube thumbnail Social Media: Generate short social clips using AI tools (clips are automated—no editing required) Distribution: No need to send links to guests (solo episodes only) No LinkedIn streaming required (handled internally) Tools You’ll Use: Libsyn YouTube Studio AI clip generator (we’ll show you the workflow) Google Drive / Docs for titles + descriptions What We’re Looking For: Reliable with weekly cadence and deadline-driven Clear communicator Light project management skills (you’re good at checklist-style workflows) Strong attention to detail, especially around publishing copy and formatting Experience with podcast workflows or publishing tools is a plus This is a long-term opportunity for someone looking to support a growing personal brand with meaningful and consistent content.
